A: Russian Manicure PH is the exclusive and official certificate training provider in the Philippines, of an international nail service brand based in Russia. While we are also authorized to provide training worldwide, it's important to note that you can exclusively receive the Russian Manicure training in the Philippines through us. All our certificates bear the Institute's seal, which not only attests to your mastery of the craft but also grants you the status of being an internationally certified nail technician upon successful completion of our courses.

Q: Can I start working on clients right after taking the course?

A: After completing any of our gold courses, you'll be a certified nail technician, fully equipped to start working with clients. Earning your certificate signifies that you have achieved a high level of technical excellence in your skills. However, we strongly recommend that you gain some real-world experience by working with 2-5 friends or family members before taking on paying clients. This additional practice will help you refine your soft skills and enhance your overall excellence, which is the primary goal of these courses.

• Silver courses provide a Certificate of Attendance. This certificate acknowledges your participation in the course and the knowledge you've gained. It is suitable for those who wish to build a fundamental understanding of nail techniques and design. Taking the silver course doesn't certify you to be able to work on clients immediately after course completion.
  
• Gold Courses issue a Certificate of Completion. This certificate not only recognizes your participation but also signifies your mastery of the course material. Gold Courses are designed for those who want to achieve a higher level of expertise in nail art and design and this course certifies you to be able to provide services to clients right after successfully completing the course.
  

In addition to the certificate type, our Gold Courses offer a unique advantage. Students in Gold Courses receive one-on-one support from a dedicated instructor 30 days from the enrollment date and One 20 minute live call. This instructor will guide and coach you when needed, assign practical projects, and provide extra practice sessions to help you refine your skills until you reach the level required to earn the Certificate of Completion. This personalized support ensures that you achieve excellence in nail art and design.

Please note that, depending on your country and region, additional licenses, certifications, and accreditations might be required before you can start offering your services to clients.

Q: Why can't I enroll in any Gold Courses?

Q: Can I enroll in a Silver course now and sign up for a Gold course later at a discounted price? I wanted to take a Gold course, but all slots are fully booked.

A: Absolutely! Currently, you can contact us via email if you've completed a Silver course and wish to enroll in a Gold course for additional practice, projects, and to become a certified nail technician. We also plan to make this add-on course available on our website as slots become available.

Q: How long can I access the course?

A: You will have 30 days of access to the course starting from the date of enrollment. This gives you ample time to work through the course materials at your own pace and convenience. If you have any questions or require further assistance during this time, our support team is available to help.

Q: Why is there an access limitation to all courses?

A: Russian Manicure Philippines (RMPH) is dedicated to elevating the Nail Industry in the Philippines. To achieve this, we have implemented access limitations for a specific reason. Our intention is to encourage students to be dedicated and focused on their courses, rather than viewing them as something they can access at their convenience.

We aim to create a community of nail technicians who are genuinely eager to learn and grow. This is why we have set time constraints for taking the courses.

Moreover, because these courses involve the acquisition of technical skills, consistent practice without long delays is essential to develop muscle memory. If we were to provide a full year to master manicure skills, it wouldn't be effective.

We firmly believe that one month is more than sufficient to guide you to a certified nail technician level. If you are looking for a one-day training, our courses might not be the best fit, as mastering these skills and achieving excellence takes time and commitment.

Additionally, we don't allow requests for access extension for the same reason. The continuity of learning is vital for skill acquisition, and granting extensions would hinder this progression. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to the learning journey.

Q: Why is the video in low quality?

A: All our videos are in HD quality. Please make sure to allow the videos to load or ensure that you are connected to a high-speed, stable internet connection for optimal viewing. Additionally, please ensure you have chosen the highest quality available under settings, when playing the videos.

Q: Do I receive any support if I enroll in a Silver Course?

A: One-on-one support and coaching are exclusively available for Gold Courses.

Q: If I enroll in any Gold Courses, how can I receive assistance from an instructor?

A: Our instructors are available online from Mondays to Fridays (excluding holidays). All coaching and support are provided through chat and email, and these arrangements will be made with you once you've enrolled in any of the Gold Courses.

Since instructors may be assisting multiple students simultaneously, we kindly request that you allow for a response time of up to 24 hours.

Q: I have a salon and want all my nail techs to be trained by RMPH. Do you have special pricing?
